As a Leasing Consultant, you’re the friendly face and trusted guide for every potential resident, walking them through the exciting journey of finding their perfect home. From the first "Hello!" to the day they pick up their keys, you’ll be there—greeting, touring, answering questions, and making move-in day a breeze.
What You'll Be Doing
Apartment Matchmaker – Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home. Help people find their dream apartment while making their experience seamless, fun, and stress-free. Tour Guide with a Twist – Show off our beautiful, move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm. Resident Cheerleader – Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community. Leasing Rockstar – Work closely with your team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top-notch. Renewal Expert – Help current residents renew their leases because they can’t imagine living anywhere else!
What We Offer
Competitive Pay + Commissions – Earn anywhere from $50 to $100 per lease, paid monthly! Full-Time Flexibility – Work on our busiest days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and the occasional Sunday/Holiday. Physical Requirements
Expected work hours
Must work on the heaviest traffic days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and Sundays on an as-needed basis) and Holidays during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly Leasing Consultants will be scheduled according to Company guidelines and standards and must approve their schedules with their supervisor
