The Staff Embedded Software Engineer will define embedded software architectures and lead the development of complex software and hardware integration for space and airborne platforms. This role involves designing, coding, testing, and debugging system software while collaborating cross-functionally with electrical, systems, and hardware engineering teams.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering with at least 8 years of industry experience. Proficiency in C/C++, embedded systems design, and hands-on hardware troubleshooting is required, along with U.S. work authorization.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Embedded Software Engineer to join our software team.
In this position, you will be the organization's technical authority for embedded software engineering, responsible for defining embedded software architectures, advancing engineering methodologies, and solving the organization's most complex software and hardware integration challenges. This role shapes the technical direction of multiple products and programs while driving the development of next-generation embedded software technologies.
Working cross-functionally with software, electrical, systems, hardware, quality, and test engineering teams, this role advises leadership, customers, and engineering organizations while advancing technical excellence and organizational capability.
