The Director of Nursing oversees state clinical compliance, licensure, and quality improvement initiatives for the home health agency. They also provide direct patient care, manage staff education, and serve as the primary clinical resource for regulatory surveys.
Candidates must hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree and a current Registered Nurse license. At least two years of clinical leadership and home health experience are required.

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, plus bonus potential
Location: Westminster, CO
On behalf of CNS Cares (“CNS” or “Company), this position is responsible for the oversight of State clinical compliance. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring CNS’s Home Health Agency (“HHA”) licensure remains in good status in the state.
Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include:
