The Brand Ambassador is responsible for greeting guests, driving foot traffic to retailers, and providing exceptional customer service across commercial properties. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in the service or sales industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

The Brand Ambassador is the associate in charge of greeting, welcoming, and assisting employees, tenants, owners, guests, and visitors throughout multiple Related Ross Commercial properties; they set the tone of the experience each customer is going to have as they cross the property’s threshold. The Retail Brand Ambassador post is positioned strategically throughout CityPlace to best serve the customers who visit and experience it.
In addition to setting the tone, brand ambassadors curate experiences for our customers, weaving together meaningful activities based on what they have learned during their interactions with guests. The brand ambassador is responsible for driving foot traffic into our properties, generating interest in our retailers and the product and services they offer, making retailer recommendations and answering general questions about the property, conducting property walks to ensure our standards are maintained throughout the premises at all times, and following up with customers as they conclude their visit.
In addition, this role will also split their time between the Office collection to support our Sponsorship program with food deliveries to tenant floors during lunch hours. Accuracy and efficiency will be paramount for organizing and executing the delivery orders. Additionally, ambassadors should build professional rapport with the tenant office managers to conduct lunch deliveries with polished hospitality.
