The Branch Controller manages financial and administrative activities at the branch level to ensure compliance with corporate standard operating procedures. This includes overseeing accounting functions, coordinating reporting, and collaborating with the Branch Manager and VP-Treasurer on financial performance.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and over 10 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably within the construction industry. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office and have at least 3 years of experience in financial performance management.
OVERVIEW
The Branch Controller (BC) works closely with the Branch Manager (BM), providing administrative and accounting support to ensure the efficient operation of the Branch. While collaborating with the BM on day-to-day Branch operations, the BC is accountable to the VP-Treasurer for all financial matters and for ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. This role leads the financial and administrative activities at the branch to assure compliance with corporate standard operating procedures.
