The Relief Counselor provides supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and restorative services to individuals with psychiatric disabilities in residential settings. They are responsible for monitoring resident activities, maintaining household safety, and documenting interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must possess at least a High School Diploma, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in a residential or mental health setting is required.
