Competitive base pay: The target starting pay for this position will be at the entry point of the range, at $21.32.
The pay range of $21.32 to $24.52 per hour per hour allows our employees room for growth through annual increases and promotion potential.
When you'd work: There are 2 available positions:
Position 1: This is a part-time position, with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of 64 hours per month (16 per week). Typical shifts would be Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays, for a variety of opening and closing shifts. Typical shift length will be 4 to 5 hours, but can vary. Team members are expected to attend once a month store meetings on Fridays 8:45-9:45am. Some shifts could be Solo shifts at times. Must be able to assist at Beaverton Town Square, Greenway, Tanasbourne, and Timberland locations.
Position 2: This is a part-time position, with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of 72 hours per month (18 per week). Typical shifts would be Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, for a variety of opening and closing shifts. Fridays will be a Rover shift, with a set day and time, but may work at the home store or assist as neighboring locations including Williams, Grant Park Village, Hawthorne, Concordia and Sellwood. Typical shift length will be 4 to 5 hours, but can vary. Team members are expected to attend once a month store meetings on Fridays 8:45-9:45am. Some shifts could be Solo shifts at times.
