A Diploma in Accounting is essential, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or finance operations is preferred. Candidates must possess advanced Excel skills and the ability to work in a regulated, high-volume environment.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Banking Officer to join our Resident Management team. Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely, accurate and compliant processing of resident payments and banking activities, while delivering a high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for receipting and allocating payments, managing direct debits, investigating unidentified or dishonoured transactions, and supporting our Care Communities with banking and receipting queries. This role contributes directly to operational accuracy, financial integrity, and a positive customer experience.
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a regulated, high-volume environment. You take pride in accuracy, enjoy problem-solving, and are comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders.
