The Claims Agent manages life insurance claims by liaising with external stakeholders and re-insurance groups to obtain necessary certifications. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while adhering to business procedural requirements.

Requirements

Candidates should possess strong communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills with a high degree of analytical ability. A background in insurance or claims is considered advantageous.

As a Claims Agent for our life portfolio, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to all our customers within the procedural requirements of our business.

The position requires the Claims Agent to liaise with external stakeholders and re-insurance groups with respect to policies, claims and premiums in order to obtain, and provide insurance information and certification. Addressing customer claims in a timely manner, whilst also managing the process and procedural requirements of the business is of key importance to the success of this position.

 

This role requires the successful candidate to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
