Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in commercial property management, with healthcare or aged care experience highly regarded. A tertiary qualification in Property, Finance, Business, or a related discipline is required.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Healthcare Property team in Sydney. This newly created role is integral to the management and performance of a diverse portfolio of healthcare and aged care assets located across multiple states.
Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager (NSW), you will play a pivotal role within the Australian Unity Healthcare Property team, working closely with our broader Funds Management business. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day property and facilities management activities while contributing to the long-term success and growth of a high-performing healthcare property portfolio.
As a trusted property professional, you will drive operational excellence, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and help shape best-practice outcomes across the portfolio.
