The Building Maintenance staff is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing building wiring, machinery, and general facilities. They must ensure the building and its surroundings remain attractive, clean, and fully functional.
Candidates must have strong electrical installation and repair experience, with a preference for journeyman-level licensing. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to operate power tools and work effectively under pressure.
The Building Maintenance staff are responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing and installing building wiring and assisting with the repair or replacement of associated building machinery, equipment, and general facilities maintenance duties.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); formal trade training preferred. Prefer a journeyman level craftsman with licensing. Minimum age of 18 years.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
