Practice areas include Digital, Supply Chain, Compliance, Privacy, Pharmacy, Patient Accounts, and general litigation matters. • Conduct legal research and assist with fact development. • Draft memoranda, pleadings, and legal correspondence, including responding to 93A demands to the hospitals relating to charges for services and to MGB Health Plan for denials of coverage. • Assist with third-party discovery, including responding to subpoenas or requests for testimony by providers in criminal cases, product liability matters, and child custody proceedings. Work may also include serving objections, filing motions, and preparing providers for their testimony. • Support e-discovery workflows, including document retention, review, and production. • Provide support on matters involving export controls and bulk data transfers to ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and institutional standards.
