Maintain a safe and secure store environment by providing a visible presence to deter theft and fraud. Partner with leadership to monitor sales floors, identify suspicious behavior, and ensure compliance with loss prevention directives.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an associate degree and a security guard license. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to meet physical requirements, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
COMPENSATION
The base pay range for this role is $17.40 - $17.90. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
