Provide direct patient care within the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessment, planning, and implementing care plans. Supervise the Care Team to ensure optimal patient outcomes through collaboration and compassionate nursing.
Requires a nursing degree from an accredited school, a current CA RN license, and at least one year of experience in Labor and Delivery. Mandatory certifications include BLS-C, Advanced NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certification.
