The Project Manager will oversee civil engineering and land development projects from initiation through completion, managing budgets, schedules, and quality control. They will also lead and mentor project teams while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an active Professional Engineer registration in Maryland. At least eight years of progressive experience in civil engineering and land development design is required.
Soltesz is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Rockville office. This is an opportunity for a licensed civil engineer to lead land development projects, build trusted client relationships, mentor talented professionals, and contribute to the continued success of a well-established multidisciplinary firm.
The Project Manager will oversee projects from planning through completion while managing client expectations, project teams, schedules, budgets, quality, and financial performance. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with effective leadership, communication, and client-service skills.
