The Director of Nursing will lead nursing services with responsibility for clinical quality, resident outcomes, and regulatory excellence. They will also manage the nursing team, oversee staffing operations, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted RN license and a degree in nursing, with a BSN preferred. At least five years of progressive nursing experience is required, including three years in a leadership or management role within a long-term care or healthcare environment.
If you're an experienced nursing leader who wants the opportunity to shape culture, develop people, and have a real voice in how care is delivered, we’d like to meet you. As our Nursing Director (DON), you'll lead Nursing Services with responsibility for clinical quality, resident outcomes, regulatory excellence, and the performance and development of the nursing team. You'll work closely with the Healthcare Administrator and community leadership team in an environment where nursing leadership matters.
Salary Range: $130,000–$160,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
