The Leasing Consultant is responsible for showing apartments to prospective residents, converting leads into leases, and maintaining high occupancy levels. They also handle administrative tasks, resident relations, and ensure the leasing office and property remain in excellent condition.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess outstanding sales ability in a computerized environment. One year of leasing experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license with proof of insurance is required.

Showing apartments to prospects with the goal of securing a lease. Provide productive and ongoing contributions toward maintaining occupancy and customer satisfaction at a premium level. Completion of leasing paperwork.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Outstanding sales ability in a computerized environment.
Preferred: One year of leasing experience.
