Candidates must hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in electrical engineering software and a strong understanding of industry codes like NEC and NESC are required.

The Senior Electrical Engineer will support the project and design teams with varying degrees of direct project responsibilities while maintaining an in-depth knowledgebase of the electrical design requirements and processes. Project work will consist of leading the electrical engineering and design approach in collaboration with Senior Engineering Leads for projects across EV charging, electric utility, renewable energy, and telecommunications industries. The Senior Electrical Engineer also assists with the delegation of assignments, resource allocation, and the oversight of quality and timeliness of deliverables. Advanced problem solving and analytics will be employed and shared with the team as well as mentorship and training.
