In this role, you will lead the expansion of our customer base and revenue by building and managing relationships with Fortune 500 companies, major commercial developers, and leading construction firms.
You will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, negotiating and executing key agreements, and advancing Nexii’s presence with marquee brands and industry‑defining partners. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, exceptional relationship‑management skills, and a proven track record in driving business development within the construction sector. As a senior representative of Nexii, you will act in alignment with the Nexii Constitution while helping to shape the company’s long‑term growth and market leadership.

The assigned territory includes Eastern Canada and the Eastern United States.
What We Offer
Nexii offers a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional growth, and development and competitive salary, up to $240,000 OTE.
You will also have the support of a highly dedicated team of experts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting large commercial clients, marquee accounts, and Fortune 500 companies.
Build and maintain long-term, executive‑level relationships with senior decision‑makers, driving strategic account value and trust.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, including RFPs, RFIs, major partnerships, and multi‑year high‑value contracts.
Lead high‑level negotiations and establish national account agreements, such as master service agreements and memorandums of understanding.
Act as a senior advisor on major construction projects, providing tailored solutions aligned with Nexii’s products, capabilities, and value proposition.
Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitive activity to inform and refine strategic planning and revenue‑growth initiatives.
Design, recommend, and implement marquee relationship programs that support Nexii’s long‑term strategic objectives.
Deliver business reviews, trend analyses, revenue forecasts, and relationship‑focused reporting to support leadership decision‑making.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—design, project management, operations, and technology partnerships—to ensure alignment and world‑class project delivery.
Manage key internal and external relationships to ensure an exceptional and consistent client experience.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to support team development and build future organizational capabilities.
Plan, direct, and communicate strategies effectively across internal and external stakeholders in a fast‑paced, fluid environment.
Develop proposals, deliver high‑impact presentations, and secure agreement on terms and deliverables across all phases of partnership development.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships within the construction or building materials industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials procurement, and sustainable building practices.
Familiarity with sustainable building technologies and frameworks (e.g., LEED).
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
Demonstrated success closing large‑scale deals with Fortune 500 companies and major commercial developers.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building technologies.
If you are a motivated, results-driven sales professional eager to join a dynamic and innovative company, we encourage you to apply!
