The Home Infusion Nurse will provide patient-centric specialty infusion therapy and monitor patient conditions to ensure positive clinical outcomes. They are responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted RN license and possess at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care. Exceptional IV skills, current CPR certification, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings are mandatory.
