The pharmacist will manage the home infusion process by coordinating patient care, verifying orders, and monitoring drug therapy outcomes in collaboration with healthcare teams. They are also responsible for supervising sterile compounding activities and ensuring compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and possess a valid pharmacist license. A minimum of two years of acute-care experience or one year of home infusion experience is required.

Overview
As a Pharmacist, you’ll be involved with multiple facets of the home infusion process as you interact with insurance companies, staff members, distributors, Physicians/Nurses and patients to ensure accurate and safe quality service. You will use your experience as part of the Pharmacy Team to resolve problems when unforeseen roadblocks arise. Perform specific distributive and clinical pharmacy activities and related services as they pertain to providing safe and effective home infusion therapies.

Physical Demands:
