The Parts Professional is responsible for identifying customer needs, selling automotive parts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. They must accurately process orders, troubleshoot issues, and maintain deep product knowledge of parts and promotions.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience with automotive parts and 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience. Proficiency in parts cataloging systems and strong communication skills are required, while ASE certification is considered a plus.
