The Sheet Metal Foreman is responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of sheet metal crews. This includes overseeing the fabrication and installation of ductwork and HVAC equipment to ensure quality and adherence to project deadlines and codes.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience as a Sheet Metal Foreman, plus three years of journey-level trade experience. Required certifications include OSHA-30, EM-385, and STS, along with the ability to pass a Department of Defense background check.

We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense market.
We are looking to hire a Sheet Metal Foreman to join our self-perform team for ongoing work in Pensacola, FL and the surrounding areas. All work is to be performed on the military base and is paid the required Davis-Bacon prevailing wage, specific to the NAS Pensacola military base.
Our Sheet Metal Foreman will be responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of assigned Sheet Metal crews. This includes ensuring the Sheet Metal Crew has completed quality work, according to the project requirements and deadlines. The crew is responsible for the fabrication and installation of ductwork, air distribution, and HVAC equipment on an active construction site, ensuring that work is done in accordance with relevant codes. Work involves technical application of mechanical principles. This is all to be done using the appropriate equipment and implementing the required safety practices in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. Requirements for this position include:
