The Office Manager oversees the daily flow of the pediatric dentistry practice, acting as the central liaison between patients, team members, and clinicians. Key duties include managing operations, productivity, scheduling, and overseeing the hiring and performance of staff.
Candidates must have at least one year of management experience and a background in the dental or healthcare industry. A high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are required.
As an Office Manager, you will effectively manage the flow of the practice. From engaging with patients to being the liaison between team members and clinicians, you will be the central point of contact. In addition, you will oversee operations, office goals, and productivity. You will be supported and will partner with your Regional Manager to ensure the success of the practice.
