Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a current active license and CPR certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with home health experience preferred.
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing home health team! In this role, you will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, restore independence, and improve overall quality of life—all from the comfort of their homes.
