The Office Manager oversees daily practice operations, including patient scheduling, treatment plan coordination, and financial tasks like invoicing and bank deposits. They also lead the team by managing schedules, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating staff training.
Candidates must have at least one year of management experience and a high school diploma. Prior experience in the dental or healthcare industry is required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
As an Office Manager, you will effectively manage the flow of the practice. From engaging with patients to being the liaison between team members and clinicians, you will be the central point of contact. In addition, you will oversee operations, office goals, and productivity. You will be supported and will partner with your Regional Manager to ensure the success of the practice.
