The Office Manager II supports plant and department managers by handling payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and subcontractor invoicing. They are also responsible for maintaining office supplies, managing inventory counts, and preparing monthly reports.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and two to four years of administrative support experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills are required.
