Candidates must have extensive prior supervisory experience and a self-starter mentality with strong communication and mathematical skills. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, are required.

As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of running a dealership, interact with diverse customers, and contribute to our success. Our 90-day training program will prepare you for success. It is also possible to progress into a General Manager role depending on prior experience and performance as an Assistant Manager.
