The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of Cepheid diagnostic equipment at customer sites. The role involves providing frontline technical support and troubleshooting to ensure operational performance and customer contract retention.
Requires a degree in Electronics, Engineering, or equivalent experience with 2-4 years of related work or military experience. Candidates must be able to travel up to 75%, lift 50 lbs, and pass vendor credentialing requirements.

The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is a professional who provides valuable services to our customers by conducting onsite field visits. FSE responsibilities include installation, repairing, and maintenance of Cepheid diagnostic equipment in a compliant manner.
This position reports to the Regional Service Manager and is part of the North America Customer Care Operations Team and will be in Oklahoma City, OK.

The annual salary range for this role is $70,000- $85,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
