This role is based within our Nottingham office on a 6-month fixed term contract. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to fee earning groups whilst working alongside colleagues within the wider paralegal team. You will assist with various administrative tasks whilst maintaining and ensuring operational excellence in line with our internal processes and legal requirements. Additionally, you will support and liaise with internal business services teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation and dispatch of correspondence
Fee earner diary management
Managing case files and associated documents, including management of electronic records
Preparation of internal forms
Preparation of reports
Booking of internal and external meetings
Planning and arranging case-related travel and accommodation
Collating and submitting expenses
Providing general assistance to fee earners and other support staff
