The Parts Consultant manages parts request queues, investigates material availability, and coordinates with technicians and procurement teams to fulfill orders. They ensure accurate material replenishment and maintain clear communication regarding customer requirements and order status.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of relevant parts inventory and replenishment experience, along with proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with material handling equipment, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume service environment are required.

As a Parts Consultant, you will be playing a vital role in the fulfillment of parts requests across our family of LiftOne technicians. The Parts Consultant is responsible for triaging parts requests, investigating material numbers and availability, creating sales and service orders to meet customer requirements, and communicating customer requirements to the procurement team.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
