The Restaurant General Manager oversees daily operations, including FOH team management, inventory, and financial optimization to ensure profitability. They are also responsible for integrating a music-centric theme into the dining experience and maintaining luxury service standards.
Candidates need 8+ years of management and service experience, preferably in a specialty restaurant with a strong background in music and beverages. An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred along with proficiency in Toast POS.

This role will be responsible for recruiting, training and managing the front of the house team, including adjusting staffing levels in order to control labor costs without sacrificing service. Additionally, this role will oversee the inventory and ordering of supplies, monitoring daily cash, revenue, optimizing profits and ensuring that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. This role requires a passion for music and a strong beverage background.
