In this pivotal role, you will initially champion operations across two premier accounts in the Lebanon and Mt. Juliet area — a bustling commercial logistics warehouse and shipping facility, as well as a prestigious private education school — with an additional account expected to be added in the near future.
Janitorial Account Manager
Pay: Competitive Salary + Monthly Car Allowance

Location: Nashville, TN Metro area (Local travel required between sites)
Schedule: Flexible Monday–Friday (Evening visits/occasional weekends required for account success)
Requirements: 2–5 years of Management experience (Janitorial/Facilities preferred); Associate's Degree required (Bachelor's preferred)

Experience: 2–5 years leading teams in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or hospitality environments.
Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital payroll/reporting systems.
Leadership: A proven track record of motivating diverse teams and fostering a "win-together" culture.
Physical Ability: Capability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
