Responsible for developing structural models, drawings, and quantity take-offs while ensuring quality control and adherence to client standards. The role involves coordinating with BIM coordinators and project managers to standardize workflows and guide team members.
Requires 5 to 10 years of experience in modelling and detailing, specifically with Revit and AutoCAD, with a preference for energy or power project experience. An ITI qualification is required, while a Diploma or Degree is considered an advantage.
