Roles & Responsibilities:
· To ensure checklists are raised and closed in QCop by contractors and Kalpataru site engineers
· To adhere to compliance to RERA
· To prepare weekly quality report
· To assist in preparation of monthly quality reports of site
· Ensure smooth functioning & implementation of QCop
· Onsite training to site engineers and contractor's staff
· Assist site Quality Engineer and Corporate Quality in Mock-ups and other matters related to quality on site
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
3. Proficiency in technical skills related to engineering
