The Recruiting Advisor is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates. They will also maintain active candidate pools and promote the company brand across various channels.
Candidates should have at least one year of recruiting experience and be fully bilingual in English and French. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
One year of recruiting experience preferred
Strong communication skills in Both English and French (written and verbal), highly articulate, and attentive to detail.
Outgoing, energetic, goal‑oriented, and customer‑service minded.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage urgent requirements while meeting deadlines.
Proficient with email and Microsoft Office Suite; strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
Understand required candidate profiles and promote Acosta’s brand effectively.
Conduct pre‑screens, reference checks.
Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain an active candidate pool.
This role requires a bilingual candidate. The successful applicant will be expected to post daily updates in English on the client’s Microsoft Teams channel, participate in meetings, and maintain consistent, professional communication with the client in English.
