The Line Cook is responsible for preparing dishes according to recipes, managing portion control, and ensuring proper presentation. They must also maintain kitchen equipment, clean work areas, and follow opening and closing procedures.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a food service environment and possess a food handlers permit. The role requires the ability to obtain Transport Canada security clearance and a Restricted Area Identification Card.
