The Training Analyst designs and develops role-based training programs and learning content to ensure employees meet organizational and regulatory requirements. This role collaborates with subject matter experts and functional leaders to assess training needs, maintain training records, and evaluate program effectiveness.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Education, or a related field with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Strong technical writing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an understanding of Adult Learning Principles are required.
Reporting to the Technical Training and Development Manager, the Training Analyst plays a key role in supporting the continued growth of the organization through the development of high-quality, role-based training programs. As the Training Department develops its role-based training model, this position will help ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources required to perform their roles safely, effectively, and with confidence.
The Training Analyst is responsible for the design and development of training programs and learning content that align with business priorities and workforce development needs under the direction of the Technical Training and Development Manager. This includes supporting the creation of departmental processes, procedures and programs and course materials ensuring compliance with the systematic approach to training framework. Working closely with the training team, functional leaders, instructors, and technical subject matter experts, this role supports workforce capability development by supporting the creation of effective role-based learning solutions that meet organizational, regulatory and project requirements. This role requires strong programmatic technical writing skills to author innovative and effective training solutions.
