Oversees the Med/Surg 8 unit, managing nursing practice, patient care operations, and regulatory compliance. Responsible for staffing, financial management, and driving quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient-centered care.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or a Master's in Nursing if the Bachelor's is in another field) and a Minnesota RN license. Candidates must have 3 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
The Nursing Manager position will be overseeing the Med/Surg 8 on the West Bank Hospital. They will manage nursing practice and patient care operations in collaboration with and accountable to the Nursing Director, This includes: nursing practice, quality and safety, regulatory compliance, finance and other operational accountabilities.

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
