The Area Vice President is responsible for improving operational performance and building expertise within collection and hauling divisions. This includes managing full P&L, driving strategic growth, and coaching field leadership to ensure business plan execution.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years of operations experience preferably in the waste industry. Additionally, 5 years of experience managing teams is required.
The Area Vice President (AVP) focuses on building operations expertise and improving operations performance in assigned collection/hauling divisions within the Area. The AVP/AGM works with field operations leaders and teammates to ensure durability of standards and processes; this leader plays an essential role in building the capability of the field teams to consistently execute on LRS business plans and budgets and ensure the best experience for the Company’s customers.
