Responsible for providing estimating and preconstruction services for large-scale projects, including the preparation of detailed estimates and value engineering analysis. Requires at least 5 years of estimating experience and proficiency in MS Office and preconstruction software. A bachelor's degree in a related field and knowledge of specific tools like OST, WinEst, or Modelogix are preferred.

Summary
This position will be responsible for estimating and preconstruction services which include, but are not limited to, the preparation of estimates, document review and constructability, cost management and value engineering analysis, systems review, variance analysis and historical cost comparisons, and bid solicitation, receipt and evaluation. This position will be responsible for estimates for larger scale projects and/or multiple projects.

Office Requirements:
Salary Range: $87,000 to $122,000 annually, plus discretionary incentive program.
While the range listed represents the anticipated hiring range for this position, offers at the upper end of the range are uncommon. Pay is based on many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs
