The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating project activities to ensure objectives are met within budget and time constraints. Responsibilities include reviewing project plans, managing material procurement, and maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Candidates must have 2-5 years of related experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

We work closely with owners, architects and the entire planning team well before ground is broken; providing cost analyses, scheduling information, and value engineering services to ensure that our client can make informed decisions leading to a timely finish of the highest quality and the best value.
This position will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager or Team Leader plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties. This position may be assigned their own projects to manage in a learning environment.

Salary Range: $77,000 to $91,000 annually, plus discretionary incentive program.
Pay is based on many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs. (2025)
