The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and physical structures within the community. Duties include performing routine inspections, handling plumbing and electrical repairs, and managing building trash disposal.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required.
