The candidate will provide comprehensive HR support, including employee relations, recruiting, and benefit administration for the Miami location. They will also manage performance improvement processes, conduct exit interviews, and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
A Bachelor's degree and five or more years of related experience are required for this position. Candidates must hold a PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
SUMMARY
A successful candidate will provide comprehensive Human Resources support to business units in all areas of HR including employee relations, recruiting and on-boarding, benefit administration and coordination of new hires for the Miami location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Extremely strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent judgment in a range of situations, maturity and trustworthiness
Strong employee relations experience
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and team members (required)
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four year college or university; five or more years of related experience and/or training.
PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP certification required.
