19 modern operating theatres + Hybrid theatre + three endoscopy suites + two cardiac catheter labs
Exciting Theatre expansion is currently underway with four new operating theatres, a brand new 3 stage recovery and a third Cath lab due to open early 2026

What the role involves:
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team.
Delivering care to patients to meet Cabrini’s organisational goals.
Demonstrating attention to the needs of the patient and family to maintain privacy, dignity and confidentiality
We have a strong commitment to education and ongoing professional development, to support our nurses in delivering excellent patient care within the framework of the Cabrini Mission and Values.
Our nurses are also encouraged to work in a wide range of speciality areas to broaden their skills and knowledge, which is supported by an experienced onsite education team.
Salary range is in accordance with the Cabrini Nurses & Midwives EBA.
We're looking for:
Previous Instrument/circulating experience in any of the following specialities: Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, urology, gynaecology and general surgery
Relevant Nursing Qualifications and current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Victorian Working with Children Check
Relevant Post graduate certificate or equivalent in perioperative nursing or critical care (desired not essential)
Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
