The Customer Service Associate II is responsible for assisting with daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and processing freight. They also manage sales transactions at the cash register while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
Candidates should have previous customer service experience in a retail or similar environment and the ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. Strong organizational, communication, and basic math skills are required to perform daily tasks effectively.

As a Customer Service Associate II, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. While focusing on providing a clean, welcoming environment, you will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed.
