Our unique results-focused story-based curriculum engages children through imaginative narratives, making every lesson not only educational but also fun. We are dedicated to creating a positive and safe environment where kids can develop essential swimming skills and gain confidence in the water. We are currently developing lifelong swimmers in 14 locations across the US.
As a Swim Teacher at Bear Paddle Swim School, you will play a vital role in nurturing young swimmers and helping them master water safety and swimming techniques through our engaging, story-based lessons. You will work closely with children aged 6 months through teenage years in a dynamic, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

THE BEST IN SWIM LESSONS! Bear Paddle Swim School specializes in the best in swim lessons. We provide swim lessons and water safety training for children of all ages. We are known for our quality swim lessons, friendliness, community water safety outreach, and overall fun brand. Learn more about what makes Bear Paddle different. Offering year-round swim lessons, 7 days a week, keeping swim lessons a convenient and consistent part of any family routine. The warm 90-degree salt water pool and sophisticated pool sanitation system delivers a comfortable and clean swimming environment. Children will experience clean water and air that is gentle to their skin, eyes, and lungs. Our story-based lesson plans are designed from a child's perspective to keep children engaged and learning throughout their Swim Lessons. Each Swim Lesson has an element of Safety, Endurance, Creativity, and Swimming Without Goggles. The Challenge of the Week is designed to increase awareness of these four elements. Each child progresses at their own pace and is recognized for their accomplishments with our Skill Patches!
