Buscamos un Project Manager Senior / Tech Lead / IT Project Manager con experiencia en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos dentro del sector bancario, preferiblemente con experiencia en BBVA, para incorporarse a un importante proyecto dentro del área de CIB / GTB.
📍 Ubicación: Madrid (modelo híbrido, 1-2 días presenciales por semana)
👤 Seniority: Senior / Tech Lead / Project Manager
Liderar proyectos tecnológicos dentro del área de CIB/GTB.
Coordinar equipos técnicos multidisciplinares y proveedores externos.
Planificar, supervisar y realizar el seguimiento de proyectos garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos, alcance y calidad.
Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y posibles bloqueos durante la ejecución del proyecto.
Actuar como interlocutor entre las áreas de negocio y los equipos técnicos.
Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento con clientes, negocio, proveedores y equipos de desarrollo.
Gestionar la planificación, priorización y seguimiento del backlog.
Elaborar documentación funcional y de seguimiento del proyecto.
Impulsar metodologías Agile y buenas prácticas de gestión.
Más de 5 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos tecnológicos.
Experiencia en sector bancario.
Experiencia previa trabajando en BBVA (muy valorable o imprescindible según perfil).
Experiencia coordinando equipos técnicos y proveedores.
Conocimiento de metodologías Agile, Scrum y Waterfall.
Experiencia utilizando herramientas de gestión como:
Jira
Confluence
ServiceNow
Excelente capacidad de comunicación con negocio y equipos técnicos.
Capacidad de planificación, organización y resolución de incidencias.
Experiencia en proyectos dentro de CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) o GTB (Global Transaction Banking).
Experiencia como Tech Lead, Delivery Manager, PMO o IT Project Manager.
Certificaciones Agile, Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2 o SAFe.
Experiencia en procesos de transformación digital dentro del sector financiero.
