Lead daily operations of critical plant utility systems including ammonia refrigeration, steam, power, and compressed air to ensure safe and reliable production. Manage a utilities team while ensuring strict compliance with OSHA, PSM, and other regulatory requirements.
Requires at least 5 years of industrial utility experience and 1 year of leadership experience, with an associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience. Must have specific experience with PSM-covered systems and the ability to work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
