Perform structural engineering design for new and existing residential, institutional, and commercial structures using various materials. Coordinate with architects and clients while ensuring deliverables comply with construction codes and safety standards.
Requires a Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with an EIT certification. Proficiency in discipline-specific design software and a deep understanding of seismic design procedures are essential.
WSP is currently initiating a search for a Consultant Structural Engineer for the following offices: Los Angeles, CA; Las Vegas, NV; Salt Lake City, UT. Be involved in projects with our Property and Buildings Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and solves their challenges.
Performs structural engineering work, under the supervision of a Professional Engineer, relating to the design of new and existing structures. Additional tasks may include coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients, managing projects independently, and supervising junior engineers. Ensures high-quality deliverables are produced and distributed on time and in compliance with project-specific construction codes. Demonstrates leadership qualities and a passion for growing within the structural engineering profession.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $95,000-$130,000
